  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our truck inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  • Engage with customers to understand their trucking needs and provide expert guidance on suitable options.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the performance and features of our trucks.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and financing options to close sales deals in a mutually beneficial manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to stay ahead of the curve.


  • Proven experience in truck sales or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales deals.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of trucks, including different makes, models, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with financing options and the ability to guide customers through the purchasing process.
  • Valid WA HR driver’s license and a clean driving record.
